What is your return policy?

 

Jane's Closet is committed to your satisfaction. Request a Return Authorization number within 14 days for a full refund minus shipping charges.

How do I start a return?

Please email returns@janescloset.com  to request a Return Authorization number. Include the following data:

  • Your full name
  • Order Number
  • Item names/ids
  • Reason for your return

We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and insuring the package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves. We must receive your return within 14 business days of your return email.

Include the Return Authorization number on your return package.  Returns without Return Authorization numbers will be rejected.

Please make sure to get your RA number as early as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as you received it to obtain a full refund. Items may be marked invisibly to prevent fraud.

Unfortunately for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS and SALE ITEMS Jane's Closet CANNOT accept returns.
