Domestic orders from Jane's Closet come in a shipping box packaged carefully with tissue paper. For airmail a smaller shipping package will be used to save on shipping cost. Orders with multiple items may not come in the giftbox to ensure the minimum number of shipping boxes necessary for delivery, again, we do this to save on cost for our customers. Who does your shipping?We try our best to offer the most affordable options with the best guarantee of delivery. For all continental US orders Jane's Closet ships via UPS or USPS with tracking. For International, Hawaii and Alaska orders we will ship via USPS with tracking. How much does shipping cost?Shipping is FREE for domestic orders in the continental US for orders $100 and up! For orders under $100 we charge only $5! For the impatient we also offer Express Shipping. How long do I have to wait?Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and dropped off at a UPS/USPS location. Orders past 11am on Friday through Sunday night will not be shipped until Monday morning. What is your return policy?Jane's Closet is committed to your satisfaction. Return your order with a Return Authorization number within 14 days for a full refund minus shipping charges. - A return without a RA number or not returned within time will be shipped back without refund.
